Every Sunday, those yoga hard or go home Lululemon-ers push their products aside, unroll their yoga mats and turn their stores into yoga studios. Classes are lead by bad ass instructors from local studios. Find your local store info here.
3. Sahaja Yoga (meditation)
Relax and mediate with these fine folks every Monday from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at the Beaches Toronto Public Library (2161 Queen Street East). This method is focused on Self Realization and was invented by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in the ’70s.
