Sometimes you ask the universe for answers and it delivers. Okay, maybe it’s not the universe, but a great collection of Facebook friends. Here you have 20 tips from 20 different humans for what do to do with yourself when you’re feeling worn down.
1) Read, go for a walk, watch a video of kids doing something adorable
2) Go to bed at 7:30 pm

4) Yoga, good tea and a yummy meal
5) Take a bed day. Get a massage. Stop all the presses.
6) A long bath and a carrot, apple, lemon, spinach, cayenne pepper, turmeric juice
7) Take some me time and love yourself
