On days when you feel you’re not firing on all cylinders try to give yourself a head or scalp massage. It only takes a minute or two to help get your blood circulating. Plus, spreading the natural oils of your scalp while you massage yourself helps keep your hair shiny and fabulous.
Keep your eyes closed. Using your thumbs press gently in the corners of your inner eye. Press and release. Repeat five times.
