Happy Christmas, Fatties! For those who don’t cook, don’t celebrate Christmas, had your big family dinner on Christmas Eve, have stove issues, met a cute human you (weirdly) want to go on a date with on a night that happens to be Christmas… Well, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a list of restaurants in Toronto you can dine at on Christmas Day.
It’s true, a lot of Toronto’s hip, tiny restaurants have shut down til Boxing Day – which we’re willing to excuse. Some of them are making up for it, like Rose & Sons 10 Days of Brunch starting on Boxing Day. But you’ve got some solid options at hand. Here we go:
2. Kingyo Isakaya: It’s business as usual at this drool worthy Japanese restaurant. Great choice if you’re actually trying to avoid the holidays.
3. Caplansky’s: It’s a Jewish deli, so why would it be closed? They’re regular slate of #nom worthy Jewish comfort food is available as usual all day.
BlogTO’s created a list of the Top 25 Restaurants open on Christmas Day in Toronto. Check it out.
And the Toronto Star has a pretty awesome article out today about non-traditional Christmas celebrations.
What do you do? Is your kitchen a disaster or do you go out?
