On April 4, Buy Art Not Kids Art Auction (BANK) returns to Toronto with CBC News Toronto’s Anne-Marie Mediwake as host. BANK raises funds and awareness for Ratanak International in their ongoing fight to bring an end to child sex trafficking.
This year’s auction features a one of a kind auction item combining food, art and wine with The Perfect Storm. In The Perfect Storm, Toronto’s rogue chef Matt Blondin will prepare a custom meal to be served to the successful bidder in the private studio/home of celebrated artist Cesan D’Ornellas Levine. Levine is also contributing a commissioned piece valued at $1,000. The total value of LOT # 19 is $5,000. BANK also features works from many acclaimed Canadian artists in their art auction, as well as featuring pieces from senior students at Havergal, where the fundraiser is held.
