Do you hear what I hear?
The eve for good times was nigh this Friday past, as ClutchPR rang in the holiday season with the annual #ClutchCabin shindig, soiree, speakeasy, what-have-you gathering of friends, family and like-minded folk from all across Toronto. It was a boisterous affair of flannel, BBQ and moonshine galore as Toronto’s best and brightest shimmied on down (or over) to the Junction to ClutchPR’s loft headquarters, live green wall and all.
It was an overtly pleasant mixture of friendly faces, hugs and the newly appointed Fashion Santa. We are happy to say the well of moonshine never once ran dry, though it came mighty close – and the dance floor was always abuzz.
Here are a few key things that were overheard at the #ClutchCabin, make of them what you will:
“These beef sliders are amazing!” – girl in flannel onesie, eating Lou Dawg’s saucy sliders.
“Is that Fashion Santa?!” It was.
“Don’t I know you from somewhere?” The answer was yes. From the hit television show, Degrassi. Shout out to #CanadianTV.
“Is this actually moonshine?” – Person who ended up drinking Junction 56 moonshine all night.
“I’m a thought leader.” – Guy who thinks he is a thought leader.
“I’ve never vaped before.” – Girl who stepped into the PAX Haven for the first time.
“Do you like my penguin?” We did.
“Can I have more cookies?” Yes. Yes you can, thanks to New Moon Kitchen.
Stay tuned for holiday drink recipes and more to come straight from the #ClutchCabin.
