Detoxing is all the rage and while we don’t exactly detox the way some people choose to, we recommend cutting out the crap every so often. It may be delicious, but it really jams up your system.
Try cutting processed foods, refined sugars, dairy, artificial sweeteners and gluten for about a month (or two, if you can last).
